• Off street parking, relaxed atmosphere and privacy.

• Walking distance to all restaurants, shops, harbour and visitor centre.

• Your host’s live in a purpose built residence behind, separate to the guest house but close enough to assist with any queries.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

• Please note the following:
  
  A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm a booking.

• Cancelling a booking will incur the loss of the deposit.

• Non arrival without phoning to cancel will forfeit full amount of booking.

• If a booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival the full amount of the booking is payable.

• An administration fee of $25 will apply to all amendments and cancellations.

• Should you leave earlier than expected full payment will still be payable.

• Check in is between 3pm to 5pm.
  Or earlier/later by arrangement.

• Late arrivals must make arrangements with owner prior to arrival day.

• Balance of payment is payable on arrival.

• Our rates are subject to change at the operators discretion or without notice.
